Intended Use
FT4 Test Kit (Dry Fluorescence Immunoassay) can be used to diagnose hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. It is suitable for in vitro quantitative detection of free thyroxine content in human serum and plasma.
Thyroxine is a hormone synthesized and secreted by thyroid follicular cells, released into the blood circulation in the free form and rapidly combined with plasma proteins. It can be used in the diagnosis of hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism and the monitoring of thyroid suppression therapy. The detection methods commonly used in clinical laboratories are chemiluminescence and immunofluorescence.

Storage And Validity

1. Store the test kit at 4℃~30℃ up to the expiration date printed on package.
2. Test strip should be used within 1 hour once the foil pouch is opened.
