G-17 Test Kit (Dry Fluorescence Immunoassay)
Intended Use
Gastrin 17 (G-17) is a peptide hormone secreted by G cells in the gastrointestinal tract. Gastrin-17 can indicate the functional status of the patient's gastric mucosa (not used as an aid to the diagnosis of gastric tumours) and is therefore of great importance in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases. Commonly used assays in clinical laboratories include enzyme-linked immunoassays and immunofluorescence assays.
