RF Test Kit (Dry Fluorescence Immunoassay)
Intended Use
For the in vitro quantitative determination of rheumatoid factor in human serum, plasma, whole blood and fingertip blood. The classical method for the quantification of rheumatoid factor is the agglutination method using IgG-sensitive sheep red blood cells or latex particles. Several new assays have been developed, such as turbidimetric, turbidimetric, enzyme immunoassay and fluorescence immunochromatographic assays.
